As healthcare increasingly relies on technology to connect patients and providers, the quality of that interaction depends on more than the technology itself. In this presentation, Farzane Omidi, assistant professor of interior design, will discuss how different technologies and environmental conditions can shape the patient-provider interaction and what these findings may mean for designing more effective healthcare interactions.
