Glenn DeRoche will present the 2025 Richard F. Hansen Lecture in Architecture on “DeRoche Projects: Spaces that Shape Us” at 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, in the College of Design’s Kocimski Auditorium, room 0101 Design.

DeRoche, together with architecture faculty members Nathalie Frankowski and Bosuk Hur, will also serve on the jury for the Richard F. Hansen Prize, established in 2004 by Iowa State alumni Richard F. and Barbara E. Hansen and awarded annually to the winner(s) of a design competition held in conjunction with the lecture.

Eight individual students or teams from the Fall 2025 ARCH 3010 studio will present their projects in the Hansen Prize competition from 12:30–3 p.m. Jan. 30 in the Beckman Forum, lower level of the King Pavilion. The winner will be announced at the lecture.
