Note that the location has been changed from 2226 Bessey Hall to 1302 Advanced Teaching and Research Building (ATRB).
Session Overview
While we often understand in theory that teams are made up of individuals with different experiences, values, and ways of working, navigating those differences in practice can be challenging. This session will explore why these tensions arise and how we can engage differences constructively — strengthening our professional relationships and shared work.
