The morning will bring together two complementary conversations: Mary McCarthy, senior wellbeing specialist with University Human Resources, will focus on personal resilience and practical approaches for navigating workplace stress, and Tera Jordan, assistant provost for faculty success, will explore how communication and relationships can help us build a stronger College of Design community. We will conclude by looking ahead to faculty and staff events and activities planned for the fall semester.
The morning is designed to provide an opportunity not only to learn but also to reflect on how we can support ourselves, communicate effectively with one another, and continue to strengthen our College of Design community.
